My name is Jenn and I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2021. After graduating from OCHT in 2020, I chose to further my studies in Reflexology while waiting for my RMT designation due to the pandemic.
In my practice I use several modalities, including Cupping, Champissage scalp massage, Reflexology, some lymphatic drainage techniques and assisted stretching.
My pressure tends to be moderate to deep but can be adjusted to suit the patients needs. I firmly believe pressure should be comfortable to the person on the table. I always say it should feel like a "good hurt" but not beyond.
I truly enjoy my clients, hearing their stories, catching up and seeing the progress they make. As much as I enjoy our chats, the time on the table is yours and I will always follow your cue on whether or not you would prefer a silent treatment.
Prior to my Massage career, I was in the Jewellery industry where I was involved in many aspects of the wholesale business including sales, merchandising, and training. As I was approaching my 40's, I was ready for a slower more balanced lifestyle which brought me to Massage. I now live in Burlington surrounded by incredible nature with my wonderful husband Jeff and two spoiled Ragdolls named Frank and Lola
